Man flees from treatment center [UPDATED]

A man was arrested after he fled from Community Addication Recovery Friday morning, according to the Fergus Falls Police report.

The man allegedly stole a key and ran southbound on Western Avenue. Staff reported that he threw the badge in a ditch by KFC and believed he was on his way to the AmericInn. He was ordered through a squad window to get on the ground, the report says.

He was arrested behind Family Diner for fleeing on foot and theft of an employee’s name badge.
