Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers, 112 Washington Ave. W. in the City of Fergus Falls, Minnesota at 5:30 p.m. on March 11, 2013 to consider the request by Curt Malecha to operate an auto maintenance and repair business in an I-2 zone.
Property is located at 1640 College Way and is legally described as:
