No one hurt in Weetown crash
Published 11:16am Tuesday, March 12, 2013No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle offset head-on crash at 7:04 a.m. Monday on County Hwy. 1 just west of Weetown, according to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office. Both vehicles were towed; one car was a total loss.
The vehicle driven by Angela Fultz, 27, of Ottertail, was headed eastbound when it reportedly crossed the center line into the oncoming traffic lane. The front left of her vehicle struck the front left of a pickup truck driven by Brady Neubauer, 47, of Fergus Falls. Neubauer’s vehicle had extensive damage, while Fultz’ car was totaled.

The information that we’re missing is the snow had drifted across the road very badly in that area. The drift had not been plowed when I’d gone through there around 6:30 (and was close to 4-5 inches of messed up tire tracks) and was probably very icy if it had been plowed. Unless you saw it coming or knew that it was a bad area for drifting/ice, they probably didn’t have enough time to slow down for it. Thankfully no one was hurt… I heard it looked like a bad crash.
Not sure Linda. Apparently you were in the car by saying “we” and if you don’t know if you and her were texting, I’ll assume you were either high, intoxicated or senile since you don’t remember.
