Pursuant to Minnesota Statute 206.83, a test of the ES&S AutoMARK Voter Assist Terminals and the ES&S Model 100 ballot tabulators that will be available for use on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at ISD No. 544 (Fergus Falls) Special Election will be conducted at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2013, in the Dead Lake Room of the Otter Tail Government Services Center located at 500-600 Fir Ave W., Fergus Falls, MN.

The purpose of the test is to ascertain that the ES&S AutoMARK Voter Assist Terminals will correctly mark the votes cast for the ballot question and that the ES&S Model 100 ballot tabulators will correctly accumulate the results for the ballot question.  This test must be observed by at least two election judges, not of the same political party, and is open to the public, representatives of the political parties, candidates and the press.  All interested persons are urged to attend.
