Purse that fell off moving vehicle turned in

A Battle Lake man who saw a purse fall off a vehicle about three to five miles outside Fergus Falls on State Hwy. 210 Monday morning turned it in to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office.

About 20 minutes after the purse was found, a phone inside it rang.
