Tae Kwon Do sends 5 to Nationals

On March 9, the Fergus Falls Tae Kwon Do and Elbow Lake Tae Kwon Do had five competitors participate in the 2013 United States America Taekwondo Minnesota State Championships.

Ms. Bethany Wach (second Poom) took third in Breaking and second in Sparring, Ms. Demara Bumgardner (first poom) took second in Breaking and first in Sparring, Mr. Dakota Mau (first Poom) took third in Breaking and 1st in Sparring, Mr. Wyatt Conner (red) took second in Sparring, Ms. Jadyn McKeaver (Purple) took third in Patterns, second in Breaking, and first in Sparring at the competition.

Each competitor also qualified for the 2013 USAT National Championship to be held in Chicago.

This Tae Kwon Do Championships are scheduled for July 3-8.
