Published 7:15am Monday, April 1, 2013 Updated 9:23am Monday, April 1, 2013

I would like to wish you and your family a blessed Easter/

Passover holiday season. The Legislature is taking a brief break to recognize the holidays and will resume work at the Capitol next week.

We have finalized the details of town hall meetings Sen. Bill Ingebrigtsen will co-host in District 8A towns Friday, April 12.

The meetings will be casual and we look forward to receiving input from attendees regarding a variety of issues.

Sen. Ingebrigtsen and I also will provide mid-session overviews and preview what may remain the rest of the way.

Here is the town hall schedule:

Friday, April 12

• Perham: 8:30 a.m., Lakes Cafe (136 W. Main St.)

• Battle Lake: 11 a.m., Shoreline Cafe (505 N. Lake Ave.)

• Fergus Falls: 1:30 p.m., LB Homes (805 E Channing Ave., former Eisenhower school)
