Kevin Robert Petron, 43, of Fergus Falls, pleaded guilty and was sentenced Wednesday in Otter Tail County District Court for gross misdemeanor DWI. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 150 days stayed.
He is to serve 30 days. The sentence is consecutive to prior DWI offenses.
According to the criminal complaint, Petron was pulled over April 3, 2010 on the frontage road in front of Sunmart.
An Alco-Sensor test showed a reading of 0.199. He was arrested and a breath test showed 0.19 per two liters of breath.
