Brown substance dumped near railroad [UPDATED]

Six containers filled with a brown substance that had similar characteristics to animal waste were found Wednesday along the railroad in Ottertail, according to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office.

The Rush Lake supervisor was contacted to dispose of the waste.
