Kaddatz thanks participants for a great event [UPDATED]Published 9:48am Friday, May 31, 2013 Updated 11:50am Friday, May 31, 2013
The Kaddatz Galleries Board of Directors extends a huge thank you to everyone who participated in our first ever Art@Home progressive art party and fundraiser.
Many thanks to Dan Fitz, Jay and Cindy McDougall, and Steve Guttormson and Nancy Swenson for opening their homes and sharing their hospitality and art collections with those attending. Thanks also to those who helped prepare and serve food and beverages, who took care of clean-up, and to those who shared their insights into buying, framing and commissioning art.
Thank you to the board members who helped to execute this plan; they did a phenomenal job. Special thanks to our event sponsors: Beyond the Mitred Corners, Bremer Bank, Cafe 116/Stumbeano’s, Dorn and Co., Ryan Hanson Homes/Keller Williams Realty and Service Food.
Because of them, nearly all of the event proceeds directly help Kaddatz Galleries continue its fine work of fostering visual arts education and appreciation.
Thank you, participants, for helping us maintain a first-class gallery in historic downtown Fergus Falls where artists of all kinds can proudly display their work. We hope to see you and everyone often.
June 4 marks the opening of a show by Emily Williams-Wheeler and it will be a real treat. Please stop in.
