57-year-old faces drug charges

Larry Dean Bapp, 57, of Fergus Falls, was charged in Otter Tail County District Court with felony second-degree drug sales, and two felony counts of third-degree drug sales. His first court appearance was Monday, May 6.

According to the criminal complaint, Bapp sold 1.3 grams of methamphetamine to an informant of the West Central Drug Task Force Jan. 11 at a Fergus Falls apartment.

Bapp’s next court appearance is scheduled for May 20.
