Guns, gaming systems stolen from Perham home

Numerous guns and video gaming systems worth a total of more than $1,200 were reported stolen from a Perham residence Thursday, according to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office.

Forced entry was made at 39837 495th Street through a side door by breaking the glass with a metal pipe.

The burglary reportedly occurred sometime between 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Thursday.

Items taken included three handguns (.45 caliber Colt automatic, 357 Short Smith and Wesson revolver, a Hi-Point 9mm handgun), one crossbow, one compound bow, a Playstation 3, Nintendo DS, Xbox 360 and numerous games for each gaming system.
