Attention: Food Service Management Companies

The Hillcrest Lutheran Academy is requesting proposals for school food service management services. The Food Service Management Company would provide management services according to requirements of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Minnesota Department of Education.

The Hillcrest Lutheran Academy Board of Directors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or to accept the proposal that is in the best interest of the school.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for May 30, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Lutheran Academy, 610 Hillcrest Drive, Fergus Falls, Minnesota.

All proposals must be submitted no later than 10:00 a.m. on June 17, 2013.  All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to Hillcrest Lutheran Academy and be clearly marked: Food Service Management Pro-posal.
