Rothsay voters pass referendum, 348 “Yes” to 315 “No”

Rothsay voters have passed a $19 million proposal to update the district’s aging school building. A total of 663 people cast ballots on Thursday, with 348 voting in favor of the proposal and 315 against. For complete coverage, see Friday’s edition of the Journal.
