A Rochert man has been sentenced to 20 years of supervised probation along with jail time for a felony drug charge.
David Allen Jenson, 40, was sentenced May 28 in Otter Tail County District Court to probation and 45 days in jail for felony third-degree drug sales. He pleaded guilty April 11.
According to the criminal complaint, Jenson sold methamphetamine to an informant of the West Central Drug Task Force Sept. 7, 2012 in Fergus Falls. The weight of the two baggies containing the meth was 2.8 grams, the report says.
