FF resident pawns stolen games [UPDATED]Published 5:09am Monday, June 17, 2013 Updated 7:11am Monday, June 17, 2013
Jeffery Allen Wilson, 27, of Fergus Falls was charged June 13 in Otter Tail County District Court with felony third-degree burglary.
According to the criminal complaint, Wilson pawned five Playstation 3 games at a Fergus Falls pawn shop on the morning of June 3. The games, along with a flatscreen television, Playstation console and controller, power tools, and a chain saw were allegedly stolen by another man from a detached garage of a rural Underwood residence on Anna Lake Road overnight June 3.
The alleged burglar drove Wilson to the pawn shop and asked him to pawn the games. Wilson knew the items were stolen, the report says. Wilson had allegedly led the man to the residence when he asked Wilson where “he could score.”
Wilson’s next court appearance is scheduled for June 24.
