Historical Pageant set in Dalton June 28 [UPDATED]

Published 9:43am Thursday, June 20, 2013 Updated 11:45am Thursday, June 20, 2013

Celebrate small town history with “Dalton: Never A Dull Moment” at the Dalton Opera House, at 7 p.m. Friday, June 28.

Dalton’s history comes alive through a unique combination of actor portrayals, old time music, and storytelling.

Local figures such as State Senator Ole “Just As Soon As He Gets His Plowing Done” Sageng and Olava Wick, who infamously cut off the frostbitten toes of a patient using a homemade saw, will be portrayed.

Tickets are $8 in advance and for Otter Tail County Historical Society members, and $10 at the door. They are available at the Historical Society and the Dalton Corner Store.
