22-year-old cited for non-emergency calls

A 22-year-old Henning man was cited for misdemeanor misuse of 911 calls, according to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office.

He reportedly made three 911 calls when there was no emergency during the late evening Tuesday and early morning hours Wednesday.
