‘Canes exploit errors in 13-3 win

The Fergus Falls Hurricanes rebounded after Friday night’s loss to take a eight-inning with from the Lake Park-Audubon Express 13-3.

Darin Stanislawski led the Fergus hitters going four for five with three RBI and two runs scored, while teammate Alex Hensch went three for four and also had three RBI and two runs scored.

Casey Bovkoon got the win for the ‘Canes coming in relief for starter Jamie Jacklitch. Bovkoon worked two and two-thirds innings and recorded six Ks.

The Hurricanes’ Sunday game versus Vergas was rained out, but will be made up Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in Dent.
