Driver jailed for DWI [UPDATED]

A Fargo woman who drove drunk in a rollover which injured passengers was sentenced to jail time.

Breanne Christie Tollefson, 22, was sentenced June 4 in Otter Tail County District Court to 120 days in jail for felony criminal vehicular operation. She pleaded guilty March 4.

According to the criminal complaint, Tollefson was the driver in a rollover on County Hwy. 4 near 233rd Avenue just after 8 p.m. May 5, 2012. One of the passengers reportedly suffered multiple rib fractures, cervical spine fractures, facial bone fractures and a skull fracture with cerebral contusions.

A preliminary breath test showed Tollefson’s blood alcohol level to be 0.169. Her alcohol concentration at 10:25 p.m. May 5, 2012 was 0.18.
