One in drug selling case sentenced to 15 years probation, jail time

Jessica Ann Loken, 36, of Fergus Falls, was sentenced to 15 years supervised probation and 30 days in jail July 15 in Otter Tail County District Court for felony fourth-degree drug sales. She pleaded guilty May 31.

Paul Gary Loken, 41, of Fergus Falls, was also charged with felony fourth-degree drug sales in this case.

His next court appearance is scheduled for Aug. 29.

According to the criminal complaint, authorities conducted a search warrant of the residence Jan. 11 and found oxycodone pills. Jessica Loken receives a monthly prescription of oxycodone for pain due to back issues, the report says.

Paul Loken reportedly admitted to selling prescription medication several times over a three-month period.

He reportedly said they obtained between $1,500 and $2,000 since last August when they first started selling the drugs. Jessica Loken also reportedly admitted to selling the prescription medications.
