2 teens steal bed rails in Perham

Two 17-year-old Henning boys were cited for theft after allegedly stealing stainless steel bed rails from a pickup truck at a business near Perham, according to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office.

A report of a theft in progress came in at 2:52 a.m. Thursday.

A witness saw two people appear to take something from a pickup truck in a business parking lot just west of Perham city limits. The suspects left in another pickup truck.

A deputy stopped a vehicle matching the suspect vehicle’s description as it traveled in the Henning area, and found the two juveniles in possession of stainless steel bed rails
