22-year-old shoots his foot

A 22-year-old Fergus Falls man accidentally shot himself in the foot with a pellet gun, according to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office.

The incident happened just outside Fergus Falls on County Hwy. 18 Monday on County Hwy. 18.

He went to Lake Region Healthcare emergency room, where he was treated and released. The hospital reported the accident just before 9:30 p.m.

The man was then arrested for an outstanding warrant in Stearns County.
