PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
APPROVAL OF INTERMEDIARY RELENDING PROGRAM LOAN/BUSINESS
SUBSIDY AGREEMENT

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fergus Falls, Minnesota, will meet in regular meeting at City Hall in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, at 5:30 p.m. on August 5, 2013, to approve an Intermediary Relending Program Loan and to approve the subsequent signing of a Business Subsidy Agreement for Grove Investments, LLC / PayDac Plastics, Inc. in the amount of $230,000. All subject to declared collateral at time of meeting remaining intact and of stated value.

All inquiries concerning the business subsidy, including a summary of the terms, may be answered by the Community Development Department at City Hall. A person with residence in, or the owner of, taxable property in the granting jurisdiction may file a written complaint with the City of Fergus Falls if they fail to comply with State Statute 116J.993 to 116J.995. No action may be filed against the City for the failure to comply unless a written complain is filed.
