Sisters Alyse (left), 8, and Anyen Fiedler, 10, pose with donations during Tuesday’s Stuff The Bus. Sites all around Otter Tail County were accepting donations of school supplies and backpacks for families who can’t afford them. The program has many sponsors, including United Way, the Salvation Army and area school districts.

Collecting school supplies is great but if you say you are going to be somewhere from 2pm-6pm you should be at that location during those times. I stopped by the location at 5:50pm on Tuesday August 6th and no one was there. There was no evidence the anybody had been there at all. Also in the past there have been alternate drop off locations but I have not noticed any this year.
