Karla Kay Anderson, 47, was charged Aug. 12 in Otter Tail County District Court with second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, both felonies.
According to the criminal complaint, deputies responded to a call just before 2 a.m. Aug. 8 on Second Avenue in Dent where a woman reported Anderson assaulted her.
