Gervais wins Pebble Lake Golf Club title
It was a sunny two days for golfers in Fergus Falls over the weekend, but wind and course conditions made for a tough challenge at the Pebble Lake Golf Course Club Championship that kicked off Saturday.
Despite the difficulty, Fergus Falls High School graduate and M State Fergus Falls golfer Lucas Gervais took home the course title as golfers finished up the 45 hole tournament on Sunday.
Gervais shot a two day total of 174. He ended his first round with a 70 and shot a second round of a 67. His final nine total was 37.
Wade Jyrkas ended the tournament four shots back in second place with a total score of 178 for the tournament.
Following in third five shots back was course record holder Aaron Sletten with a total of 179.
