Two Fergus Falls residents were arrested early Sunday after their vehicle hit three parked cars causing severe damage to each, including the suspect vehicle, according to a news release from Fergus Falls police.
Police responded to a report just after midnight of a vehicle hitting a parked car in the 600 block of East Summit Avenue.
The vehicle left the scene and a report came in 35 minutes later for a vehicle that hit a parked car in the 700 block of Riverside Court.
Police found the vehicle near the intersection of North Burlington and East Highland.
The driver, Ashley Jo Montgomery, 26, was found with minor head injuries. Ringdahl Ambulance took her to Lake Region Healthcare.
She was later arrested for gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation, fourth-degree DWI and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
The passenger, Ryan Robert Baker, 26, reportedly ran from the scene but was later found. He had allegedly consumed alcohol, so he was arrested for violating the conditions of his release for another charge.
Both sustained minor injuries.
