27-year-old charged after rock throwing

The woman arrested Monday after she allegedly threw a rock through a car window injuring a woman was charged Aug. 20 in Otter Tail County District Court.

Danielle Sanee Oliver-Hall, 27, of St. Cloud, was charged with two felony counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon.

According to the police report, at about 2 p.m. Monday near Cavour and First avenues, the woman and a man were arguing over who owned a vehicle. The man sat in the driver’s seat and another woman was in the passenger seat when Oliver-Hall allegedly threw a rock through the passenger side window, hitting the woman in the leg causing a minor cut.

Ringdahl Ambulance responded to the scene for medical attention.

Oliver-Hall’s next court appearance is scheduled for Sept. 3.
