Driver cited for inattentive driving

A 19-year-old Wheaton woman hit a parked car as she listened to her navigation system and looked at street signs Monday afternoon, according to Fergus Falls police.

The driver hit a parked car near the intersection of Park Street and Fir Avenue at 2:05 p.m., causing more than $1,000 worth of damage. She was cited for inattentive driving.
