Highway 78 bridge over I-94 reopens

The Highway 78 bridge over Interstate 94, near Elbow Lake, reopened Wednesday evening, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Motorists may encounter occasional lane closures on Highway 78 and Interstate 94 over the next two weeks for bridge painting and other cleanup work.

The bridge closed in late May for reconstruction.
