The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a vehicle involved in a hit and run Wednesday morning near Dora, according to a news release.

An 87-year-old Dent man drove a pickup truck southbound on County Hwy. 41 near 410th Street just after 7 a.m. when another vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed rear-ended the pickup and fled the scene. Deputies searched the area but were unable to find the vehicle.

The vehicle is described as a dark blue/green Chevrolet Venture van with an unknown year.

The vehicle is missing both headlights, grill and all engine coolant, and it should have extensive front end damage.

Anyone with any information should contact the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office at 998-5555.
