Labor Day Classic at PLGC

The Pot O’ Gold golf tournament and the annual Labor Day Minnesota Steam Threshers reunion highlights the events this weekend in Fergus Falls.

The Pot O’ Gold tournament features the top 32 Pebble Lake Golf Club members, paired together based on handicaps. The tournament runs through the weekend and wraps up Sept. 2.

This year’s Steam Threshers reunion in Rollag will be the 60th version of the event and will feature Gaar Scott steam engines on display. There will also be live music and sparks shows and free rides on the steam trains on the grounds.

 

Friday

• Western Minnesota Steam Threshers Reunion in Rollag

• State Hospital exhibit at OTC Historical Society in Fergus Falls, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Guided tours of the RTC in Fergus Falls, 2 to 3 p.m.

• Car races at I-94 Speedway in Fergus Falls, 7 to 10 p.m.

• Harvest Festival in Underwood

 

Saturday

• Lindsay Bryant at the Kaddatz Galleries in Fergus Falls, all day

• Western Minnesota Steam Threshers Reunion in Rollag

• Pot O’ Gold golf tournament at Pebble Lake Golf Club in Fergus Falls

• State Hospital exhibit at OTC Historical Society in Fergus Falls, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Farmer’s market in Fergus Falls, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

• Harvest Festival in Underwood, all day
