A 37-year-old Fergus Falls man was arrested for the second time this week after he huffed in front of police.

Fergus Falls police went to a residence in the 200 block of North Sheridan Street at 2:43 p.m. Thursday for a welfare check on a woman. The 37-year-old was also there, reportedly huffing dust-off during the welfare check. He was arrested for violating the conditions of his release.

The same man was arrested Monday morning after he huffed from an aerosol can in his vehicle while talking to an officer. He was uncooperative and was arrested for third-degree DWI and obstruction.
