GLYNDON – A stalled offense that has been explosive as of late led to Perham’s first loss of the year, as the Dillworth-Glyndon-Felton Rebels defended their home turf with a 21-7 victory on Friday.

DGF held Perham scoreless for the first three quarters of the game, building its 21 point lead in the second and third.

Perham’s lone touchdown came with 1:54 seconds left to go in the game, when Payton Jordahl capped off a 6 play, 74 yard drive with a run from 9 yards out.

The Yellowjackets managed 189 yards of total offense, with Jordahl leading the team with 86 yards on the ground and one touchdown. Cole Schmitz led the Perham defense with 10 tackles and four assists. Brandon Olson followed up with six tackles and three assists. Dan Ingebrand contributed five tackles and three assists.

Perham will look to get back on track next Friday when they host Crookston at home. The game is set to start at 7 p.m.
