The last person in a trio that was charged in a burglary of a 350-pound safe from a Richville garage was sentenced Sept. 23 in Otter Tail County District Court.
Jessica Marie Silva, 33, of Frazee, was sentenced to 28 months in prison, to be stayed for 10 years, and 120 days in jail for felony second-degree burglary. She pleaded guilty Aug. 8.
Glen Alan Parsons, of New York Mills, was sentenced to jail time Aug. 16, and Daniel Lee Conklin, of Detroit Lakes, was sentenced to 29 months in prison Sept. 6.
According to the criminal complaint, authorities responded to a burglary in progress call just before noon May 25 along County Hwy. 14 in Richville.
Parsons reportedly broke a window to get into a garage, then he and Conklin reportedly walked out carrying a 350-pound safe on a two-wheel cart.
When they saw the 911 caller, they reportedly dropped the safe and ran into the woods.
Silva was reportedly the lookout during the burglary.
