Raiders loot Tigers in three sets

Published 10:00am Tuesday, September 17, 2013

ROTHSAY — The Tigers were coming off back-to-back wins Monday evening and hoping to make it three-in-a-row as it hosted Lake Park-Audubon.

The Raiders proved to be too much as the Tigers fell 25-15, 25-19, 25-14.

“We struggled serve receiving tonight,” Tiger coach Heather Reber said. “We weren’t in control of the game enough to get any momentum.”

Rothsay’s Kendra Nord led the attack with seven kills, while teammate Chelsie Lankow recorded 17 digs in the game.

The Tigers will look to get back in the swing of things as it hosts Underwood in a Little Eight Conference battle Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
