Woodland Baptist conducts missions conference [UPDATED]

Woodland Baptist Church will host its annual Missions Conference from Sunday Oct. 20 to Thursday Oct. 24. The conference is a “round robin” conference with four other area Baptist churches.

Woodland Baptist Church is sponsoring Tuakah Whianger, a missionary to Liberia.

He is a native of Liberia and will be going back to Liberia to plant churches. Whianger will be speaking at 9:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on Sunday Oct. 20. There will be evening services Sunday through Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., the Thursday service will be at 7 p.m.
