A 56-year-old Fergus Falls man was arrested Monday after he placed controlled substances on a shelf in Service Food, according to police.
A police detective cited the man in the parking lot for driving after revocation. He then went back inside the store and placed drugs on a store shelf, which was witnessed by police. He was arrested for felony fifth-degree possession of controlled substances.
