‘I Can Cope’ support group planned Oct. 24 [UPDATED]

Lake Region Healthcare’s Cancer Care & Research Center will offer an “I Can Cope” class Thursday, October 24th highlighting nutrition’s impact on health and healing.

Kristy Norenberg, RD, MPH will be leading participants with a cooking class.  The evening will unfold with healthy options for meals, guided food preparation, and finally the fellowship of a nice meal together.

I Can Cope is a program sponsored by the American Cancer Society and held monthly on the 4th Thursday of the month at 5:30pm at the Cancer Center.
