Predatory offender indicates a move to Arizona is planned

Published 11:23am Monday, October 28, 2013

A community notification meeting for a Level 3 predatory offender who will be in Fergus Falls has been postponed, according to police.

Anthony Dale Randklev, 35, will be released Nov. 3 and is expected to move to Arizona Nov. 4.

Police released information last week that Randklev would be moving to Fergus Falls Nov. 3, though he hadn’t yet acquired a permanent address.

Police postponed the community notification meeting since he is now not expected to reside in Fergus Falls.

He is not wanted by police and has served his criminal sentence.

His criminal history includes the kidnapping of an adult female acquaintance.

In his conviction, Randklev engaged in sexual contact with an adult female victim, gaining compliance through the use of force and threats of bodily harm.

With the pass of the Registration Act law enforcement may share information with residents about offenders and where they plan to live.
