Third predatory offender moving to FFPublished 11:11am Friday, November 1, 2013
A third Level 3 predatory offender will move to Fergus Falls, according to Fergus Falls police. A community notification meeting will be held Nov. 4 at the police department.
Gregory Michael Keppers, 23, will reside in the 700 block of East Junius Avenue in Fergus Falls. He will move to town Dec. 2.
He is not wanted by police and has served his criminal sentence.
His criminal history includes sexual contact with girls ages 14-17. Force was used to gain compliance. The victims were known to the offender.
The notification meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. Nov. 4 in the community room at the police department.
The meeting will also be held during this time for Level 3 predatory offenders Anthony Dale Randklev, 35, and George Joseph Hecker, 39, who will each be released Nov. 3. Hecker will reside in the 700 block of East Junius Avenue.
Randklev is still undecided about whether he’ll move to Arizona or if he’ll reside in Fergus Falls, though he hasn’t yet acquired a permanent address in town.
Representatives from the police department and the Department of Corrections will be available to provide the public with useful information on public safety.
Police are releasing the information to the community pursuant to Minnesota Statute 244.052.
The statute authorizes law enforcement to inform the public of a sexual or predatory offender’s release from prison or a secure treatment facility.
