Driver arrested for drugs in vehicle [UPDATED]

A 32-year-old Fergus Falls man was arrested at about 1 a.m. Tuesday after drugs were found in his vehicle during a traffic stop, according to police.

The driver was stopped by police in the area of Lincoln and First Avenues.

A total of 41.7 grams of methamphetamine, 1.7 grams of marijuana, $240 cash and drug paraphernalia were found in the vehicle.

The driver was arrested for fifth-degree controlled substance possession-meth, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.
