16-year-old rear ends vehicle

A Fergus Falls teen rear ended a vehicle in the area of North Union and West Fir Avenues Tuesday afternoon, according to police.

The 16-year-old was cited for duty to drive with due care. Ringdahl Ambulance took the teen to Lake Region Healthcare for an unknown head injury and arm injury that appeared non-life threatening. Both of the airbags in the vehicle deployed.

The lone occupant in the second vehicle was not injured.
