Annual walk/run highlights weekend

The cold weather seems likely to hold off just in time for this year’s Turkey Trot.

The fourth annual Trot is set for Saturday. The one-mile portion will begin at 8:30 a.m., the 10K will start at 9 a.m. and the 5K is set for 9:15 a.m. at Kennedy Secondary School.

The one-mile portion has a $5 entry fee, while the other two cost $30 each.

 

Friday

• Jazz band concert, Waage Theater on M State campus, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.

• Lecture on screen and stage acting with Anthony Zerbe, A Center For The Arts, 7 to 8 p.m.

• Caring Partners garage sale, WestRidge Mall, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• “Seussical,” Kennedy Secondary School auditorium, 7 p.m.

 

Saturday

• Turkey Trot, meet at Kennedy Secondary School, first run begins at 8:30 a.m.

• Fergus Falls AAUW Holiday Tour of Homes, 12 to 5 p.m.

• “It’s All Been Done With Mirrors… damn everything but the circus” with Anthony Zerbe, A Center For The Arts, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.

• Caring Partners garage sale, WestRidge Mall, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• “Seussical,” Kennedy Secondary School auditorium, 7 p.m.

 

Sunday

• Holiday Vendor Blender, Fergus Falls AmericInn, 1 to 7 p.m.

• Tonic Sol Fa concert, A Center For The Arts, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.
