Nick Broyles brings 20 years of leadership experience from his military career to Synstelien Community Services as agency’s first human resources manager. He will assume all hiring, training, and employee benefits oversight.

“Nick’s 20 years of leadership experience with both the Air Force and Army will be an invaluable asset to our company as we restructure our employee onboarding process and build a strong values based culture into the future,” said Daryl Synstelien, C.E.O.

Broyles is a graduate of Fergus Falls High School and North Dakota State University (NDSU).

He has exhibited a true service to his country in his military career and he will be able to further that value of service in his role with SCS as he recruits, trains, and provides important oversight of all human resource matters for 90 employees.
