A 30-year-old Fergus Falls man was sentenced to prison time Monday for a felony drug charge.

Ryan Ernest Bagley was sentenced to 27 months in prison for felony fourth-degree drug sales.

He pleaded guilty Oct. 7. In exchange for the plea, an additional felony count of first-degree drug sales was dismissed.

According to the criminal complaint, Bagley sold 12 prescription percocet pills to an informant of the West Central Minnesota Drug Task Force in July 2012. Bagley also reportedly talked about selling half an ounce of methamphetamine but failed to provide it.

Bagley was also sentenced to jail time in August 2012 for false imprisonment after he wouldn’t let his ex-girlfriend out of his car.

He was placed on probation for four years for this charge.
