Published 12:14pm Monday, December 2, 2013

Barb Martin was one of several people shoveling the steps and walkways at the Otter Tail County Courthouse this morning after the first substantial snowfall of the year. Two to five inches of snow are expected through Tuesday morning, with another storm coming through on Wednesday and potentially adding six or more inches of snow to the total. Temperatures are expected to stay in the 20s and low 30s the next few days before a cold snap pushes temperatures below zero into the weekend.
