Notice is hereby given that under and by virtue of a judgment entered in the above-entitled action on October 25, 2013, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing sale of the property hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due to the Plaintiff in the above action from Defendants Jeremy H. Bruessel and Nicole R. Bruessel, the Sheriff of Otter Tail County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, on January 23, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., at the Otter Tail County Courthouse, North Door, 121 West Junius Avenue, Fergus Falls, MN 56537, in said state and county, the premises and real estate described in said judgment, being in Otter Tail County, Minnesota, to wit:
That part of Government Lots 1 and 2 of Section 33, Township 132 North, Range 39 West, Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Section 33; thence North 88 degrees 31 minutes 47 seconds West, assumed bearing along the north line of said Section 33, a distance of 1216.79 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continuing North 88 degrees 31 minutes 47 seconds West, along said north line, 288.15 feet; thence South 08 degrees 11 minutes 32 seconds West 663 feet more or less to the shoreline of Trulse Lake; thence southeasterly, along said shoreline, 353 feet more of less to a line bearing South 07 degrees 36 minutes 03 seconds West from the point of beginning; thence North 07 degrees 36 minutes 03 seconds East 880 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
