London Calling, featuring selected strings from the FMSO, performs in Fergus Falls [UPDATED]

London Calling is an all-strings chamber music group. They will be performing on stage at A Center for the Arts’ Fergus Theatre, 124 W. Lincoln Ave., downtown Fergus Falls at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 6.

This is the third of four On-Stage Concerts for the 2013-14 season. It is an intimate chamber music experience with a limited number of seats set-up on AC4TA’s stage with the artist. Only 70 tickets are available.

Reserved seating tickets are $25 for adults and $5 for children/students. (There is also a sustainability fee of $1 added to the listed price of each ticket.) Tickets can be purchased at our box office, by phone at 218-998-ARTS (2787) and online at

Across the pond and across musical styles, this concert will feature select string players of the Fargo-Moorhead Symphony saluting the London roots of the FMSO’s new Music Director, Christopher Zimmerman (who is originally from London) with works by G.F. Handel, William Walton, Gerald Finzi, Led Zeppelin, The Who, Sting, and the Rolling Stones.
